2015, MCT invested in Gestão de Terminais at KM4, RessanoGarcia Commercial truck terminal in conjunction with a local partner Matrix.
2019 TLG (The Logistics Group), which today consists of 10 logistics subsidiaries, was established under Capespan.
2020 TLG was acquired by AIIM, part of the Old Mutual Investment Group.
